DirectionsGet to the point
1Pre-cook 16 frozen tater tots in air fryer at 400°F for 6 minutes until crispy.
2Whisk 4 eggs with 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup cooked crumbled sausage, and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar.
3Press tots into greased 7-inch cake pan, pour egg mixture over, and top with extra cheese.
4Air fry at 350°F for 10 minutes until eggs are set and center is puffed.
Dad pro tip

Always pre-cook the tater tots for 6 minutes before pouring in the eggs. If you add raw frozen tots to raw eggs, the moisture from the freezing process makes the casserole soggy.

Kid adjustment

Serve with ketchup or hot sauce on the side. Kids love the crunchy tater tot crown.

Reheat

Reheat slice in air fryer at 350°F for 3 minutes.
