1.5 lbs Boneless Chicken Breasts — sliced into strips

3 pieces Bell Peppers (Assorted Colors) — seeded & sliced

1 pieces Yellow Onion — sliced into half-moons

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp Chili Powder

1 tsp Ground Cumin

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Smoked Paprika

1 tsp Kosher Salt

8 pieces Flour Tortillas — warmed

1 pieces Fresh Lime — cut in wedges

1Preheat oven to 425°F. Slice 1.5 lbs chicken, 3 bell peppers, and 1 onion into 1/2-inch strips.

2Toss directly on parchment-lined sheet pan with 2 tbsp oil and fajita seasoning blend.

3Spread in a single even layer. Roast for 15 minutes, stirring once at the 8-minute mark.

4Broil on HIGH for 2 minutes for charred blistered edges. Serve with warm tortillas and lime.

Dad pro tip

Wrap a stack of flour tortillas in foil and toss them directly in the bottom of the oven during the last 5 minutes of roasting for steamy taco-truck texture.

Kid adjustment

Serve chicken with mild cheddar cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.

Reheat

Reheat in skillet over medium-high for 3 minutes to maintain sizzle.
