DirectionsGet to the point
1Microwave 1 lb halved baby potatoes in covered bowl for 4 mins to par-cook.
2Spread potatoes, sliced andouille sausage, and 4 mini corn cob rounds on sheet pan with Old Bay butter.
3Roast at 400°F for 12 minutes.
4Toss 1 lb raw jumbo shrimp onto pan and bake 8 more minutes until shrimp are pink and succulent.
Dad pro tip

Don't haul out a 20-quart stockpot and wait 40 minutes for water to boil. Staggering par-cooked potatoes and sausage for 12 minutes, then adding raw shrimp for the final 8 minutes gives you authentic Cajun boil flavor on a weeknight.

Kid adjustment

Use mild kielbasa or smoked sausage instead of spicy andouille, and dust lightly with Old Bay on half the pan.

Reheat

Reheat in oven at 350°F for 5 minutes or toss in a warm skillet for 2 minutes.
