2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano

DirectionsGet to the point
1Slice 4 hoagie rolls lengthwise and place open on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
2Toast in 425°F oven for 2 minutes to crisp the bread interior.
3Load each roll with 4 warm cooked turkey meatballs, 2 spoonfuls marinara, and 2 slices provolone.
4Bake 6 minutes at 425°F, then broil 1 minute until cheese is bubbling with toasted golden blisters.
Dad pro tip

Never build meatball subs in a cold soft roll. Pop the split rolls into the hot oven for 2 minutes before saucing. The toasted interior keeps the bread crusty and structural from first bite to last.

Kid adjustment

Cut the subs into 3 mini sliders for smaller hands.

Reheat

Reheat on a sheet pan in oven or toaster oven at 375°F for 4 minutes.
